Senior Architectural Technologist – Dublin (Data Centre) €85,000 – €90,000 + Bonus + Full Package We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a growing architectural team delivering Irish public sector and large-scale projects across Ireland. This role is ideal for a technically strong Revit user who wants to deepen their expertise, take on greater responsibility over time, and progress within a supportive and collaborative environment, while benefiting from hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
• Develop and update Revit models, drawings, and technical packages
• 3–5 years’ experience in architectural practice
• Experience on Irish public sector projects (DoE, OPW, Local Authorities)
• €85,000 – €90,000 salary
Hybrid: 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote | Flexible Working Hours
The Role
• Support project delivery from design stage through to construction
• Assist in meeting Department of Education requirements (TGDs, room data, compliance)
• Coordinate architectural information with engineers and consultants
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, fire safety, accessibility, and planning conditions
• Participate in drawing reviews, QA processes, and document control
• Assist with RFIs, technical queries, and site coordination
• Contribute to sustainability objectives including energy efficiency and low-carbon design
Experience & Skills Required
• Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
• Solid understanding of technical detailing and documentation
• Working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
Advantageous
• BCAR familiarity and compliance exposure
• Interest in NZEB, sustainability, and retrofit projects
